Constitution Happy Hour. The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles hosts its first "Constitution Happy Hour" for members and the invited public. A free, informal, guided, topical conversation about the US Constitution and its role in our democracy + with optional drinks and food purchased by attendees.

Constitution Café and Constitution Happy Hour is a project from the artist Linda Pollack, who believes "The US constituting is a living document, part of our quotidian life, influencing us in both large and small ways daily."
