Make it Fair: Reforming Taxation of Commerical Property in California. The "Make It Fair" campaign is a coalition of organizations, which includes the League of Women Voters of California, that is working to modify Proposition 13.

Tracy Zeluff has been a community and political organizer for more than twenty-five years, including sixteen years with the Service Employees International Union. She is currently Senior Partner at GroundWorks Campaigns, a campaign firm that specializes in political campaigns that emphasize person-to-person contact, and that is working with the "Make it Fair" campaign.
